Depts 471/3 are represented by Martin Cave who is one of the older employees in the leather factory, having worked there for nearly 18 years. He is familiar with several operations and has done most conveyor jobs in several departments.

Now he is a waist laster in Dept 473, a fast, keen, and conscientious worker.

This is his fourth year on the M.A.C., which he considers is a very much worth-while institution, as it ensures that matters of interest to both sides shall always have a chance of being fully and freely ventilated.
