Leaving Canada with his parents towards the end of 1935, Bill started working in the leather factory in February 1936. After a few months in Dept 405, he was transferred to his present department, where with the exception of five years in the Royal Scots Regiment during the war, he has worked as a sole-leveller. Bill was elected to the M.A.C. in October of last year.
